Chief physician Liu chijing, Justice of the Peace appointed by the government of the state of Victoria of Australia. Currently, he is the vice chairman of the board of supervisors of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the chairman of the pulse manifestation special committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the vice chairman of the dermatology special committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the vice chairman and Secretary General of the umbilical needle special committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, Secretary General of the Federation of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture Societies of Australia LTD, Director of Chi Herbal Australia Pty Ltd, chairman and director of Beijing Melbourne traditional Chinese medicine center, and registered traditional Chinese medicine practitioner of the Australian government.

In 1975, Dr. Liu chijing began to study traditional Chinese medicine with teachers and apprentices in Shandong. In 1978, he was admitted to the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine (formerly Shandong College of traditional Chinese Medicine) until he graduated in 1983. After graduation, he was assigned to work in Beijing. From 1983 to 1985, he studied in the dermatology department of Guang’anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine. He once followed the famous old Chinese doctors in the dermatology field such as Zhu Renkang, Zhuang Guokang and Zhang zuozhou etc to study
