Zhu Miansheng, Professor, MD. She graduated from the Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1976. From 1980 to 1987, she taught in Beijing College of traditional Chinese medicine, initiated the course of “traditional Chinese medicine and ancient Chinese philosophy”, and won the first Ren Yingqiu award in 1985. In 1987, she went to France as a visiting scholar at the invitation of Professor Jacques gernair, academician of the French Academy of Sciences. In 1990, she began to teach traditional Chinese medicine in the laboratory of medical anthropology of Da Vinci Medical College of the thirteenth University of Paris, France. In 1997, she received a postdoctoral degree in science and founded the Department of traditional Chinese medicine (dumetrac) of Da Vinci Medical College as the teaching director. In 2001, she participated in the establishment of the Pan-European Federation of Consultants in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and served as the rotating chairman of the Executive Committee. She is the Vice President of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies; Chinese medicine expert of the French national drug and food administration; Deputy director of the Translation Committee of the WFCMS; Editor in chief of the executive Editorial Committee of the international standard for basic terms of traditional Chinese medicine. In 2017, she was awarded the Knight of the Honorary Legion by President Hollande of France.
